My Story
The Heart OF - Sangre Mía
When I moved to LA at 18, chasing my dream of becoming an actor, I had never felt lonelier. I left everything behind—family, friends, girlfriend—all for a shot at a vision only I could see. I worked long shifts delivering food for Postmates and hosting at a restaurant, barely making ends meet. However, when I wasn’t grinding to survive, I was in the acting studio, locked in, studying, practicing, watching films, and sharpening my craft. Just an 18-year-old kid with a dream too big to ignore.
But back home, everything was slipping away. My friends were off to college, my relationship was falling apart, and I started to feel like I had made the wrong choice. I questioned everything. Being Latino, the son of two immigrant parents with zero connections to Hollywood, the odds weren’t exactly in my favor. But one thing was certain—I wasn’t going to quit.
I started writing affirmations on paper, sticking them all over my apartment walls. Words became my anchors. They reminded me of who I was, what I stood for, and the vision I refused to let go of. I realized how powerful words could be—how a simple message could shift your mindset, reminding you of your strength & power, pushing you forward when everything else tries pulling you back.
That’s the heart of Sangre Mía. This isn’t just a clothing brand—it’s a message, a reminder that you are not alone. That everything you need is already within you. That no matter where you come from, no matter how impossible your dreams may seem, you hold the power in your blood.
This is for the dreamers, the hustlers, the ones who refuse to settle. Your sangre, your story, your legacy will be heard.
Make your bloodline proud y conquista tus sueños.
